Oyster Stew #2

Ingredients:

1 pint oysters
1 quart scalded milk
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of black pepper
celery salt

Directions:

Clean oysters and strain liquor. Heat liquor to boiling point, add oysters, cook until edges curl, which will be only a few minutes. Combine liquor, scalded milk, add seasoning, butter, serve hot. Oysters do not require long cooking. Add paprika
