4 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cups cooked spinach
2 cups top milk
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
pepper (spice)


Chop spinach, add to stock, press through sieve. Heat in double boiler, add stock and milk which have been heated thoroughly. Add butter. Blend all together. Add little whipped cream before serving.

Serve hot
