Vegetable Soup #1
Ingredients:
2 quarts stock
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
salt
2 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup canned peas
1 onion, cut
pepper (spice)
onion seasoning
celery salt
Directions:
Heat stock, add vegetables, simmer 1 hour. Add seasoning. Serve very hot.
