The Yakima Farmers Market is a great place for the whole family, so get out and have some fun. If you are looking to meet new people the Farmers Market is a great place to start. You will even find people from all over the country stopping by to take part in this popular Yakima community event. You are always the number one customer to the local growers as they bring their produce to market. Each week they will bring each what is ripe and ready for you to take home and prepare for your loved ones. If you like pastries and goodies there are plenty of vendors to grab something to snack on while you browse throw the many vendors that offer their handcrafted items. If you are hungry don't worry there are several local restaurants on hand to offer you a great meal. The even offer a sample of their dishes, so you are sure to get something you are going to enjoy. They are always busy so the food you get is freshly made. If you need a smile make sure you stop and talk to Ms Dee. She will bring a smile to your face every time you talk to her.
