Clover Forest Plantation Bed and Breakfast
Clover Forest Plantation house was built around 1761. The land passed through many owners until 1792, when Captain Thomas Pemberton and his wife acquired the property. The Pemberton's became very prominent in the area. They had six children (two sons and four daughters).
Today, the house has been restored by the current owners. Used mostly for weddings, it is also an elegant bed and breakfast. The beautiful grounds are ideal for weddings and receptions with space indoors and out for your event. It is large enough to accommodate 300 people for an outside reception. Their top notch chef can cater your event with your choice of venue.
Clover Forest Plantation is also a bed and breakfast with five rooms in the main house and a bridal suite over the carriage house. The five bedrooms in the house are all large rooms with spacious private baths, a mini-fridge, coffee pot, and TV with satellite. They are all beautifully furnished, each with a different theme. Three of these rooms have a large private patio, each with table and chairs, overlooking the beautiful back yards and lake. A great place for a romantic getaway.
The Carriage House Bridal Suite has privacy away from the main house. The suite has a sitting room, kitchen and dining area, and the bedroom and private bath. This is a nice cozy retreat for the bride and groom.
If you are looking for a great place for your event away from the noise and chaos of the city, this is the place for you. Known for beautiful weddings, it's also a great place for corporate retreats and functions, holiday parties, and anniversary or engagement dinners. Book your event today.
