There is more to Yakima than wineries and their tasting rooms. Yakima is a quiet town that is surrounded by the foothills of the Cascades. In the summer you can get out and walk the Yakima Greenway or take a stroll and check out the shops at Track 29 and the downtown area. Check out the museum and learn about the history of Yakima as well as many other interesting exhibits. The museum also offers a children's area and an old fashioned soda fountain where you can get some great refreshments on a hot summer day. Art and culture come together at the Millennium Arts Plaza.
