Location of The Sunshine Factory Apartments The Sunshine Factory Apartments The Sunshine Factory Apartments offer a secure environment with 20 units welcoming people looking for place that is drug and alcohol free. There is an on-site manager and a laundry room, picnic area, and barbecue plus cable tv. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly not permitted. Battered women and those trying to stay clean and sober are welcome here. The property is surrounded with a six foot fence that has a locked gate. Quiet time is enforced from 10 pm to 8 am. This is a tight knitted community with strong moral fiber to help guide those that need the extra help getting away from drugs and alcohol. Respect is a big part of living here. |
