Location of Sunnyside Cinco de Mayo Sunnyside Cinco de Mayo The Sunnyside Cinco de Mayo Festival is held each year in downtown Sunnyside. The is by far the largest Cinco de Mayo celebration in Washington State. This event is well worth the drive. It's one of the Lower Valley’s premiere events every year and is great fun for the entire family. You will surely find something to take home from this event. It is a great place to buy a Christmas gift or two from the many talented artist and venders selling products from Mexico. If you like Mexican culture you will not be disappointed with this event. The food venders will surely temp your taste buds as you walk by the vast number of traditional Mexican dishes. The music from the Mariachi bands will get your heart and soul into the celebration. Spend a little extra time with your children and ride one of the carnival rides or play one of the games with them. You might even let them take a ride on one the ponies. This event will create memories for a lifetime. |
