Location of Yakima Regional Hospitals Health and Wellness Festival Yakima Regional Hospitals Health and Wellness Festival The Health & Wellness Festival is a big hit for the whole family. Members of the health care community teach people how to help take care of themselves and throw a little fun into the process. The festival has a great deal of activities to offer parents and children alike. You can fish for prizes, have your face painted or make a necklace and bracelet. You can even blow a bubble or two. In 2006, the Seattle Seahawks mascot Blitz was on hand to sign autographs and take pictures with all of his Seahawk fans. Kids burned a lot of energy and got some great aerobic activity in the jumping castle. The festival even has free food, what more can you ask for. Munch on hot dogs and chips and even healthy foods like cut vegetables and apples. There is plenty of pop and water to wash it all down. |
