Location of Columbia Crest Winery Columbia Crest Winery Founded in 1985, Columbia Crest is known as the chief producer of premium wines from classic European grape varieties grown in Washington State's Columbia Valley. Columbia Crest is the Northwest's largest winery, and it is regarded by critics and consumers alike for creating wines with a food-friendly, approachable style that captures the true expression of each grape variety vintage to vintage. Columbia Crest Merlot helped establish Washington's outstanding reputation for the variety, and the winery is recognized for the consistent quality of its popular chardonnay. These, along with its Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, are frequently named to the annual list of "top wines" selected by national wine magazines. Experience award-winning wines for yourself. Visitors are encouraged to take a self-guided tour of the winery and complimentary tasting seven days a week, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding major holidays. |
