Location of Yellowstone National Park Mammoth Hot Springs Yellowstone National Park Mammoth Hot Springs, located just inside the north entrance to the park, is one of Yellowstone's most beautiful and most popular attractions. For thousands of years, mineral rich water has bubbled up from deep below the earth's crust, leaving behind these beautiful stone terraces. Thousands of gallons of water deposits up to two tons of stone per day. |
